About Benjamin Padnos
Some people have watched the Internet unfold. Others, like Ben Padnos, worked at the center of the storm building companies, ultimately creating history. An Internet sales and marketing pioneer– including a 4-year stint in the early days of Yahoo! – Ben has been operating and investing in online media, domain names, eCommerce, and other technology companies since the mid-1990s.
Ben founded DONE! Ventures in October 2001 after leaving Yahoo’s strategic “think tank swat team,” ValueLab, where he was involved in forging relationships with key Fortune 500 companies. DONE! has incubated several successful businesses, including eCreditCards.com, a network of financial services lead-generation websites (featuring such clients as JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, American Express, Discover Financial, HSBC, etc.).
Most recently, Done.com, an on-demand home services business was sold to Porch (NASD: PRCH) in 2017.
