You'll find lots of instant learning classes that support hobbies, special interests, or topics that might be considered slightly obscure in another environment. In the instant learning environment, you can talk (via email) to instructors that are true experts in these categories. While instant education - learning programs might not improve your career, they can certainly improve your outlook on life.
